Agreed. Storms is probably one of her most authentic songs.

This song puts me in the mind of the Tango b-side "Ricky". It's sort of quirky & catchy; slightly awkward lyrically; something I don't mind as an "added bonus" or "rarity" song, but definitely more B-SIDE than A-SIDE.
I'm feeling disappointed & don't assume they're saving the best for last: these first 2 singles are what should be making a buzz & generating interest . Still crossing my fingers though!

Those B sides from Tango are some of my favorite FM songs EVER!

I have to disagree with some of these. Personally, I find "rulers make bad lovers..." one of Stevie's best lyrics of all time. That's always been my favorite line from GDW.

That line in GDW is, as the kids say, a "sick burn"

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Actually the line is And if I was a child/And the child was enough/Enough for me to love/Enough to love.
Personally I've always loved that line, the way it's delivered in the Mirage concert video it's very poignant to me especially since the song is also partly about Robin and the performance was just a few weeks after her death.

Lol, as opposed to, say, these clunkers:

1. When the road gets rough, I fall down. I get up. I am what I am what I am what I am what I am... a FAMILY MAN! Actually, all the lyrics of this song would fall in this category.

2. She's so cagey, she's so stagey.

3. What are you doing, going down into Soho as I take my rest tonight.

4. Ooh, uh, ooh, uh, ooh, uh, ooh, uh ,ooh, uh, ooh, uh.

I can understand why people are having this reaction. It's a clunker. I wanted to love these songs and do like In My World but Feel About You when considering the talent involved and the past accomplishments of these musicians is an embarrassment.

Lol but according to Christine herself, Eddy had very little input in her songs, even though he's credited as co-writer!
