I thought weebles wobble but they don't fall down?..Regarding Grace I think she had one of the great and unique female voices in rock ..I'd put her right there with Stevie for having that intangible quality .I think there may be some professional jealousy though.After starting strong Grace did not really seem to know what to do with herself like Stevie did..so Stevie was able to take it farther than Grace.

I saw Fleetwood Mac in 2004 and last month. Actually thought that Stevie looked and sounded better this time. She's always had poor vision and hurt her foot this year. But she was still wearing those heels. (I am in my 40s and couldn't walk in those heels let alone dance in them!)

Madonna needs to be able to dance and still do heavy choreography. That's what people expect of her. She can't stay in one spot and do a ballad while still keeping people entertained. But Stevie is able to do so.

Australians are very critical of and have high expectations of live performers. The reviews here were generally good. The audiences here were very pleased.

Christine and Stevie have likely both had lifts but haven't overdone it. They're not chasing something unrealistic. Christine is a no nonsense woman and not the type to fuss over her looks 24/7. If you have good skin it all helps.

Stevie's recent comments seem to indicate that she wants to continue.

Incidentally (I hope people don't find this disrespectful) a friend of mine saw FM more than 30 years ago and said it was one of the worst shows she had ever been to due to very poor performances. I think this was when everyone in the band was really messed up. I saw a video from that era and looks fairly much as my friend described - very sub standard. In some ways I think they may be better now, because they take better care of themselves.

^^^ I agree. As much as I criticize the old witch. LA Forum 2014 shows (3).. some of the best Gold Dust Woman I've ever seen and heard. I felt Sisters was a bit flat, but her voice was the strongest of the three.

She does not take any risks with her range; but, she's still doing it.

And I don't think she or any of the other members look awful. I thought they looked amazing! Go MAC!

Yep sure. I think she's very conscientious about that on tour. She does not want to let the other band members or the audiences down by going to an extreme and harming her voice. I think she realizes now that in the past she used bad vocal technique. But on Gold Dust Woman she lets herself cut loose a little.

She can still achieve a dramatic effect while not overdoing it onstage.
