Hang tight. Amazon has their pre-order price guarantee on this item and they just posted it today, which will always be the list price. Towards mid-late November, I bet you anything it will drop as did the Rumors Deluxe Box Set did as well. I got mine for $70 bucks back then.

The live disc and "alternative" album sound promising, but yet again another missed opportunity to release the Tusk Live show/documentary. If it's not happening with this I doubt it ever will. Why is it so hard to get archive live footage out of this band?!

No problem! Also note that if you buy the big deluxe box via Amazon, you get the digital downloads for free too (if that matters).


On another note, I wish they put the 5.1 surround mix on Blu-ray and not DVD-A. Blu-ray audio is really the best format now. I have a DVD-A player, but blu-ray is really far more accessible for people. Kinda surprised actually...well maybe not.

And the sad thing is it's not even DVD-Audio - it's just lossy DTS on DVD-Video, which is sad given the DVD-Audio master was ceated.

I agree that Blu-ray would have made it more accessible to the masses and I would have preferred it lossless.
