I thought that was just a rumor (no pun intended)? When I went there in March it was still closed and for sale.

Looks like they are holding special events & such before their grand opening.

Well when I was there last July the sign was up, and said it was coming soon... The most heartbreaking thing, for me at least, was the spa is a chain.. I saw the same one driving through San Fransisco. This makes me so mad...
