I liked Mick's first book better

I haven't read the 1st book for a long time but this book is not nearly engaging. Mick does seem to mention the first book with a bit of shame-but regardless of what was going on then or what compelled him to write it, in my opinion it was a much better read. I have to say I was surprised to be so disappointed with the new book.
