Just thought I'd share with you guys that I came across what looks like Mick's trainer on Instagram with some really interesting photos of him with her. Her account is cafarias12 if any of you Instagramers want to have a look!

Good find, thank you for sharing. Great pics and fun to see MF out and about in London.

Not only is she training them she is cooking for them as well. It appears she is big on the Paleo diet. No wonder they are all looking so good!
