I'd like them to do that as it would give a chance for IDWK and Oh Daddy. That said, like most fans I'd really like them to distance themselves from the whole Rumours thing.
I dont think they are missing a trick as such- isn't that sort of thing done as a marketing tool to sell out shows? If they are selling out anyway they don't need to resort to those sorts of gimmicks.

I do think a few Tusk shows would go down very well. Provided people knew in advance they would be getting Tusk in its entirety then I think a lot of fans would be willing to pay handsomely. It wouldn't work as a full tour but a few select shows as part of a tour would be great. I guess they've missed the 35 year anniversary window- perhaps (long shot) they'll still be around for a 40 year celebration.

There's no way I'd go to see Tusk in its entirety. That would really be the only thing they could do to make me stay home. Hell, I'd even go to hear the whole of Mirage live over that!

It would be such a deviation from their standard, predictable format, that they'd never, ever do it. On the strange chance that they would do it, I could see them sequencing the set to fit their standard live format and deviate a ton from the actual album sequence.....

The Chain
Dreams
Second Hand News
Oh Daddy
Never Going Back Again
I Don't Want to Know
Gold Dust Woman
You Make Loving Fun
Go Your Own Way
Don't Stop
Songbird
Silver Springs

Horses for courses- that's why they'd only be able to play a limited number of shows. There would be enough people interested for a short run though.

Thinking about it, I've vaguely got an episode of The Mighty Boosh in the back of my mind. I cant remember exactly how it went but there was a sketch in which a DJ suggested playing 'Tusk in its entirety, with pauses- just as Lindsey Buckingham intended'. I cant remember what was so funny about it now but I remember cracking up at the time.

To be honest Tusk in it's entirety would interest me far more than Rumours but then I'm one of those weird people who love Tusk, plus it would mean a fair few rarely played songs would get an airing. I'd love to see them play What Makes You Think You're the One and That's Enough For Me live. The prospect of seeing Tuskin full live is just too amazing. As others have said they pretty much do all of Rumours anyway and whilst it may be a good selling point on a poster it doesn't seem like the guys have a problem shifting tickets!

I think playing an album in full can work well live though, I saw Roger Waters on his Dark Side and Wall tours and thought they were phenomenal shows and I'm off to see Peter Gabriel do So in a few weeks. Peter Hook from Joy Division and New Order is off touring all the JD & NO albums in chronological order and his specific album shows are cool.
