I'd still enjoy hearing Lindsey on the "wrap her in velvet" line on SOTM. A male voice coming in right there seems somehow tender, as if a caring observer has entered the story.

I agree 100%. One thing that really puzzled me when the Mac toured without Christine is why they did not play the songs Stevie and Lindsey sang together. It would have been the perfect time to play Crystal, I don't want to know, Frozen Love, and Don't let me down again.
A missed opportunity they did not play those songs during those tours without Chris.

In particular, IDWTK seemed like a sure thing to me. They seemed to have fun doing SHN together and to me the fast, tight, synchronized vocal in IDWTK could create the same kind of frenzied fun. Plus, they loooove Rumours so much, so why not?

You know that I tolerated the SN/LB years. But, they missed a huge opportunity to do the things that didn't involve Christine. IDWK, B/N album songs, Don't let Me Down Again, Crystal w/o the great keyboard solo at the end, Twisted, and the list goes on and on...

My big question is: if these two are so connected, why didn't they connect between 1999 and 2013 with new or old music? That's 14 years!
