Default ok..

about the setlist.. Just kick back, roll a doobie, and enjoy the show. I've been a fan since 1976 and I'm glad the "fireflies" are still hitting the stage. I don't care what their motive is (love of music, money, etc.) - I'm just happy to see this band, that I love, on stage playing the music that I love. In DC and I'm seeing them on Halloween... Rhiannon, Sisters of the Moon, Gold Dust Woman.. my witchy woman on October 31. Christine McVie back in the band. Lindsey Buckingham hotter than ever.. and that twosome, Mcvie and Fleetwood, setting the tone. It don't get much better than this. :

Somehow I don't see Lindsey letting Stevie toss a solo song besides Stand Back in there. They both have their one solo staple for FM and that's it.

I wish the band was more cooperative than that but I'd never bet money on it until I see or hear it with my own eyes and ears.

tons of people here seem to think it's time to change the setlist
and SB always gets complained about.
why not ditch it and stick in 24KG instead.
it's still only ONE solo song.
Lindsey can shut up and choose a new one too

lol As much as I'd love to believe that could ever happen, this bands politics are too stuck in its ways. They'll never change. I've come to expect and appreciate the little surprises we usually get.

This just got posted via the guy who posted the setlist on tumblr.

"Was just asked the following: “I heard FM are doing 24 Karat Gold on tour, any truth to that?”

The band are not rehearsing any of the tracks from Stevie’s upcoming solo album. She has loose plans to do a short tour next year in between Mac dates, resting and recording the Mac album.

Big things for the Mac and its members 2015."

If that list is accurate, there are a couple of songs I'm happy will get played. I'm not too crazy about the running order, and am bummed SYLM isn't apparently the full band version (could be wrong, but the original version SHOULD be the opener). Still, seeing the McVies will rawk!

Sharon should post a selfie.

Better yet, post a selfie with today's newspaper!

So they're doing The Dance version of Say You Love Me? How did you find that out? I never liked that version very much.

I don't think anyone knows for sure. I bet we'll get something more or less in tune with 2009's version with Mick at the smaller set.

Dance version? Fleetwood Mac version? Just to hear Christine's voice again on this song - I mean, it is my favorite Fleetwood Mac song and I'll be nodding with a silly grin, my eyes fixated on Christine, while it's being played.

After some thought and consideration, I'm also beginning to wonder if the "set list" posted is authentic. I've only skimmed through the posts, so someone educate me. What proof do we have that the "set list" is accurate? The running order of the list has some odd sequencing. Also, I think Stevie would at least want to mention that she has a new record out by sampling one of the tracks.....and telling a long drawn out story about how she decided to hold off on a solo tour in favor of spending stage time with her dear friend Chris McVie, who she's been begging to return.

It also seems the Mac would want to let casual audience members know that a NEW album is in the works by playing one of the new tracks.

Keith, you said my thoughts exactly. I also have been supporting the band since 1976. I will miss the show in DC this year. It will be the first I miss since 1977 but I'm kinda done with the concert scene. Bring on the new Disc!
