Rumors release question

I have a copy of rumors here on my hard drive that has demos and out takes but I can't find a physical copy of it anywhere online.

The tracklist for this particular CD is as follows:

The reason I wanted to know if this actually existed in physical form or is just wrong ID tags is because of track 16 The Dealer. I always read that it was a tusk era demo but its listing on this rumors release would contradict that. Any assistance would be great! Hopefully this is coherent. I am running on fumes lol
