As far as Stevie's wardrobe, I really don't mind her recent uniform - very age appropriate and tasteful in my opinion. Far better than those awful hats, jewel tones, and shoulder pads from the early '90s.

I agree that Dave's most recent post sounds like 24 Karat Gold and IYWML playing at the same time. Her vocals sounds great! Now if only we could get a single soon!

"24 karat gold...chains, chains, chains...my love (heart?)" I think this is solely 24 karat gold. I think people are mistaking the music and "my love" to mean it's a mix with If You Were My Love. It's not unusual for Dave to embelish on the music and make it much more jaunty. It's even less unusual for Stevie to throw in a "my love" and other similar sentiments in her songs. Either way, it sounds fantastic!

After a few more listens, I think you're absolutely right. The song just sounds muddled as Dave moves his phone/whatever around. CANNOT wait!!

Yep. This is just "24 Karat Gold". There is a line at the end of the "23 Vocal Track" demo version where she repeatedly sings...

"...and he said you were WRONG to fear me...myyyyyy loveeeeeeee..." and she keeps repeating, "...my love..." until the end.

This song is sounding great! I'm getting more and more excited!

I think Stevie should record Melacine, as is, without any additional lyrics. It would be fine as is - it just needs a polished instrumental track.

Same with Forest of the Black Roses.

They could be interludes between two lengthier songs.

I'm loving these clips so much more than the ones we got before In Your Dreams. They just seem to have that classic Stevie Nicks sound to them.
