Exactly. Comments like dis-interested, lack of eagerness, not a team player, she's so selfish, etc. were just some of the things some people have stated as to why she wasn't it the studio with them. There was a total rush to judgement, in different threads about it. This explanation still might not make people happy,and that's fine but it brings factual reality to light.

I don't remember writing any of those words. I was commenting on the article. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, perhaps you're projecting.

Yeah maybe.. I thought you were referring to me.

I think the table is set for stevie to come do her 25% and get the album out.

The thing that bothers me is I have to wait until May 2015 for the Gone Too Far tour...

I'm happy she's not there. My reasoning isn't because she isn't a team player. Stevie needs someone to help her write and record. (whether it be Lindsey or Dave)

I'm glad that the musicians get a chance to gel and compose without having to worry about if Stevie is satisfied and/or occupied.
Maybe they've come up with some brilliant collaborations being able to concentrate fully on their own material, and not having to worry about Stevie (who doesn't play an instrument).

I feel at this point she is free to do whatever she wants. She's earned it.

I do feel Lindsey has thrown a few zingers in his quotes about her. There was this one about caring for her from a distance. And the other was about her needs being complicated. Also thought it was telling that Christine said the chemistry is better than ever, and saying this while Stevie isn't there.
That's not Stevie's fault. Not my fault either. Just reading it and commenting.

what struck me was them saying tour rehearsals now aren't starting until August. I seem to recall it was mentioned as being earlier previously…maybe only July, but still, clearly pushed back a bit.

I remember July, too.. Well I guess if there is no new material... then they need less time...
I wouldn't mind if they did one of Stevie's old FM demos since her album comes out in Oct.
