I totally forget from last year...but what was Stevie responding to when she said "Not gonna happen"? Did that have something to do with Sisters of the Moon?

She was responding to a fan who had screamed at Lindsey about wanting his guitar and also basically wanting to sleep with him ("No, I want you! I want you!) He walked offstage when Stevie was saying "not gonna happen."
