Recording in March, Tour in the Fall

if Stevie is mad at Lindsey she might not mention recording, to make him wonder. It's not that she's not going to do it, she will. But she doesn't want to say it. It's like in DR she was saying she might not do a long tour. She had every intention of a full tour, but it was her leverage to get him to stop with the double album.

Yes she did say she was touring but she didn't say it was with FM...She didn't mention touring with FM in the fall but she carried on about wanting to tour with Dave Grohl...If Stevie is doing one of her usual summer tours we should hear something about tickets in the near future...I don't think she will do both (solo & FM) although she did mention doing two tours in one year but I thought she said it was next year (2015)

Is Stevie mad at LB??? who knows...I do think she is playing the FM game the same way Mick is...

she said in Vegas, at the end of the FM show, that they'll be back next year (2014). so i see no reason to think she will not be touring with FM this fall.

she never said she'll be recording with FM though, and in that new interview she said she has no plans for another solo album any time soon and definitely not in the same house she recorded her last solo album. so i guess whether or not she'll be recording with FM this year may be open to speculations.

It seems to me that Stevie is deliberately being coy to the media about specifics regarding any FM plans. There must be a reason behind this because she's usually effusive about any upcoming projects!?! And with Liz's official announcement that Christine is definitely back in the group (this being all Stevie ever wanted) you'd think she'd be drooling to the press about it.

Something is definitely up, be it contract's still being ironed out, record company, & band politics playing out behind the scenes (which is the most likely scenerio.) If there is a FM record being planned, Stevie would be straight up stupid not to be involved, because it would draw a lot of unattractive & unwanted attention about why she would not participate in the press (casting a stark dark shadow over any FM record and their upcoming tour.) So I think she ultimately will contribute one way or another. But behind the scenes right now there must be a battle underway!

And no way do I believe Stevie will embark on a solo tour this year (unless it's corporate shows & perhaps casino one-offs) They're (concert promoters) not going to want Stevie to saturate any markets that FM may potentially play, so I'm not reading too much into her one off comment about 2 tours happening in 2014 to that interviewer at the Grammy's, unless she's referring to two FM legs before years end, which makes sense if they're not hitting the road until late summer, early fall.

Her attitude seems odd. Maybe she has simply learned to keep her mouth shut, whereas Mick still has not.

I doubt seriously that a Stevie solo tour would have any impact on a Fleetwood Mac tour, especially with Christine back. There's a lot more to market with a Fleetwood Mac "reunion".

I don't know. She didn't say enough for me to tell. But if she doesn't like something about what's happening in March, she may want to act like she's on the fence about it and not mention it, as if there's a chance she won't participate. But if they are recording in March, she'll be there.
