Say in 50 to 75 years from now somebody will be Ebaying Stevie's Belladonna or FM's Rumours for the $50,000.

Thumbs up

All those old Paramount 78s are pretty rare in decent condition. I've only ever seen one in person. Black Patti discs are even rarer.

Tommy Johnson is the guy who supposedly sold his soul at the crossroads, he was the idol of Robert Johnson who is often misidentified as the origin of that story. If you've seen O Brother Where Art Thou, that is Tommy they pick up with his guitar and take into the recording shack.

Thanks for the info. I got to start looking in my collection for some gems.

Wow alot of work went into producing a record.

Maybe Stevie could cut her next album like this first video.

Since this is related to records.I just want to make note that I just got bad news that my late neighbors wife just passed away from having breast cancer. She was in her late 60's.

They ran a small record shop in town back in the mid 1970's to 1980's and it was that shop I discovered Fleetwood Mac and later Stevie's solo work. And also other artists too.

I got most of my record collection from their shop.

RIP Tony and Diane P.

^Sorry to hear that. Long live the small record shop and those that ran them. I didn't start finding record shops other than major chains until my 20's, but oh how strong the love is!!

Tons of new stuff added, including vinyl reissues of Paul Simon!

I find it sort of sad that I can go to Amazon UK, and purchase vinyl records imported from the U.S., and with shipping, they are cheaper than the very same items on Amazon US.

Totally makes no sense at all.

Did anyone go to a Black Friday Record Store Day event? The only thing I wanted was the Lady Gaga 'Applause' remixes picture disc, but I wasn't lucky.
