Has she forgotten something? Stevie convulses in giggles. And I know that Silver Springs wasn’t destined to be the end of the show. They all leave the stage and return.

As Dido says: I’m in love and always will be.
Did you notice Stevie's gesture when she came out w/out glasses? She made a joke of it with her fingers in circles round her eyes.

From my angle it looked like Stevie pulled John over for a bow but then Mick hopped behind his kit so the others paused then wandered of. Funny.

Thanks for the write-up...glad you made the show.

Yes, I saw Stevie do that, but I didn't see when the glasses first came off. Lindsey and Mick were both telling Stevie it wasn't the end of the show. I don't know what John thought.

Oh, I thought it was cute at the end when someone in the audience had flowers for Stevie and Lindsey took them to her before hurrying off the stage himself. I think he had a bus to catch.

To be honest, I thought the show should have ended with Silver Springs.

But then I have to appreciate the fact that SYW was represented by one song, so . . . I'll applaud Say Goodbye for that, if for nothing else. It makes Lindsey happy, I guess.

Oh, it's great that the first review is such a flattering one. Thanks for finding and posting it so fast.

That's nonsense about Tusk sinking the music industry. Give me a break.

Notes:

% Features Mick Fleetwood drum solo.

This was the 2013 tour opener. Features the live debuts of "Sad Angel" & "Without You".
Also, the first performance of "Sisters Of The Moon" in a very, very long time. Stevie
made sure to make mention of that.

The show was fantastic. Usually w/ tour openers there are glitches, screw-ups, technical
malfunctions, etc. But opening night went off without a hitch. I had personally never
seen Fleetwood Mac, so this was a treat for me. I was supposed to see and tape them in
the fall of 2004 but something else came up. The morning of this concert, I pulled up
ticketmaster and 10 rows back in front of the right stack was staring back at me. The
pricetag of $170 was awfully steep, but what the hell, it was worth it. They blew me
away. Not sure if I will be seeing and taping them again at that price, tho! I included
some of my personal photos as well as some I stole off of instagram.com Please feel
free to create cover art and share this recording with as many FM fans as possible, just
make sure to include this txt file. Thank you and enjoy!!

Re. the setlist, most excited about "Sisters" and "Not That Funny". Could do without "Stand Back", "Eyes of the World", "World Turning", "Don't Stop". Maybe only one of "Gypsy and "Sara" would suffice (they could alternate nights!). Five more slots for "The Ledge", "Angel" (way more fun than "Stand Back"! but maybe not as easy to sing any more), "I Know I'm Not Wrong", "Miranda", "Destiny Rules" etc.

That said I'm still excited to hear like 20 of these songs, so not a bad deal. And if they're well performed that's the biggest issue for me, if everyone sounds good and the songs are living up to reasonable potential. Glad the reviews seem positive for opening night. Fleetwood Mac seems to always come with their quirks but if it sounds good, I'll be pleased. It'll be my first concert so I'm hoping the good times are really rolling by the time they get around to my neck of the woods.

Hope everyone who attended had fun.

[B]Thanku for posting! just say that I love this would not be enough, this makes my soul smile. It seems very Fleetwood Mac, when all of them are doing what they do at the same time there's just nothing like it. And as usual both of their voices together sound like pure magic~

Can't wait to hear Sisters of the Moon!!!
