Agreed... Hypnotized is in a Lindsey-friendly singing key, not a Stevie-friendly one. Stevie could provide some great gauzy background vocals, though. While I normally disagree with any Fleetwood Mac member covering a past member's songs on stage, I think in this case it would be a nice nod to the dearly departed Bob Welch.

No, she placed Rumours first. I went to look, for the wording. She said that MTM was a distinct third place. Rumours was first and then the white album.

Hypnotized, Did You Ever Love Me and Emerald Eyes are all inspired choices. I definitely would prefer a Stevie lead on these if they were attempted.

Oddly enough, I suspect she likes those three best for the same reason: The band saw significant gains in their popularity with those records.

I was daydreaming that she had sentimental, loving reasons for liking those three the best. Then, you had to be the pragmatist.

And you're absolutely right - Stevie should sing "Hypnotized". Lindsey almost ruined this masterpiece on stage back in the 70s.
I loved the way he sang it back in the day(1975).

I loved all their renditions of the old songs. If it weren't for Stevie and Lindsey singing them I would have never had the desire to hear the originals.

I like them too, but then I tend to appreciate covers and don't constantly compare them to the originals. It's a flattering testament to the song at the least.
