Considering the fact that at the moment I'll be attending 3 concerts, I would be a fan of an alternating set list! When Prince played at the o2 Arena in London for a month back in 2007 he changed up his set list every single night so you never knew what you were going to get.

IMO I would love to hear some more music from Tango In The Night; Mystified & You & I Part II are two of my favourites. Granted, we would need Christine but I can dream...!

Just mix it up a bit, guys. Drop the Chris songs. Don't do Lal the hits. Give us mega fans something to drool over.

YES, i will cry (ok not really) if they do hits practically the whole way through. I mean come on! Make it interesting.

I would probably do the same, even though I've never seen them live.

Tori Amos does this every night on tour. I've seen her about 16 times now, attending multiple shows on the same tour, and never once had the same setlist.

This is the type of show a musician can label themselves a true ARTIST. This way she pleases herself and all of her fans. If FM did this I wouldn't mind forking over my life savings to attend multiple shows. It would be a fan's dream come true.

if it's done well, yes. i'm sure Tori does it well.

there are bands who were doing different setlists every night but they were crappily done most nights. unless fans following them around are to high all the time to notice, i would think nobody would want that option.

however, i do think they should at least have like 5-10 more songs prepared and alternate them from night to night so that every night is different and worth attending b/c there will be something special... kinda like Lindsey promised he'll do with requests on his next solo tour. or somewhat like Bruce does all the time.

here's updated deep cuts suggestion list that ledgies think band should consider:

added new votes -

LB
16 Tango in the Night
14 The Ledge
9 What Makes You Think You're the One
7 Can't Go Back
7 Caroline
6 Walk a Thin Line
5 Book of Love
5 Miranda
4 Save Me A Place
3 Blue Letter
2 Murrow Turning Over
2 Not That Funny
2 Steal Your Heart Away
1 Bleed to Love Her
1 Monday Morning
1 Peacekeeper
1 That's All For Everyone
1 That's Enough For Me

SN
15 Sisters of the Moon
14 That's Alright
13 Angel
5 Seven Wonders
4 Everybody Finds Out
4 Running Through the Garden
3 Destiny Rules
3 I Don't Wanna Know
3 Smile At You
3 When I See You Again
2 Crystal
2 Freedom
2 No Questions Asked
2 Straight Back
2 Thrown Down
2 The Second Time
2 Fireflies
1 Affairs of the Heart
1 Illume
1 Beautiful Child
1 Welcome To The Room Sara

if you haven't put in your suggestions yet, jump in the "6 deep cuts" thread and list FM "deep cuts" that you would love to hear live (3 form SN, 3 from LB since we are trying to be fair and balanced ).

I do believe he said that just to get people off his back.

yeah i'm probably one of those people.

he knows better, we are not getting "off his back" plus from some things i've heard he is and has been seriously considering it.

So Whats is the big deal on changing the setlist on every show.As long as the band and crew is on the same page before the show gets on the way. It should go fine.

Maybe thats a good question to ask Stevie and FM.

if they'd play the ones i bolded on your list i would be very very happy and could probably make it through the rest of it unscathed!

however, no way there would be 3 LB solo songs played during FM shows.
