Oh, that's ok. I think maybe it wasn't Sugarland. When I was trying to find the artist, I looked at Sugarland because it just reminded me of them. It was kind of sultry. Funny that you used that phrase, "come on in, the water's fine." It's funny because my comment was a well-worn paraphrase of a line in Bette Midler's The Rose (When a Man Loves a Woman monologue) which says, "dive right in, baby, the water is fine". LOL

Yes, I think the derivation of the phrase goes even farther back than The Rose, but it's just funny because I'd been wracking my brain trying to find lyrics that would lead me to the song I wanted and your terminology was right in line with my search terms. It's like you were in my brain.
