Indeed. The evidence is there.

I just hope you all will buy it when it finally is released.

May I remind you that Lindsey and Stevie have spoken about releasing Buckingham Nicks on CD in interviews dating back as far as 1992! Like I said, I'll believe it when I see it!

Best not to post information on this forum unless you know it's true, via a press release. There has been no announcement that a 40th Anniversary Edition of Buckingham Nicks is being released. Please don't post news about releases unless it has been made official by the band themselves or their record company. I have, on the other hand found confirmation that Lindsey has confirmed that Fleetwood Mac are working on new material, but no track names have been announced yet, and I can find no mention of Without You being released.
Hey what's wrong with posting false info and speculation, this is the Rumours forum after all.

Sorry guy, couldn't resist that one...

I'm from Birmingham where that album was a big hit. They played it on the radio constantly. Frozen Love and Long Distance Winner were the first two songs I ever heard by them. For me, all it took was one time with Frozen Love and I was a Buckingham Nicks fan for life. Is it overrated? Possibly by today's standards, but back then - it was the real deal.

You're not alone. It's got a few good songs, but it shows me that they needed Fleetwood Mac as badly as Fleetwood Mac needed them. I suspect the fact it hasn't been available commercially for over 35 years lends to its legend.
