She's probably bored out of her gored.

Boredom could be a part of it, then again it sounds as though she hasn't seen the band for a number of years, and in the least maybe she just wanted to escape the English weather for a sunny-vacay. Hmm... I do really wish Mick's comments prove to be more than just hopeful meandering...

Me too. If Christine came back it would change all of their plans.

^i guess at this point with the tour booked, it's likely not going to happen... she does, after all, have to get paid for the shows she plays at. Though they may be able to work something out if it's only the UK show...

To make it happen, I bet Mick and Stevie, and maybe John, would give their cut to Christine. Lindsey strikes me as not really caring at this point, at least if she's not involved with the project.

Yeah, with Chris there, he can't be as "masculine" on stage...

^^haha... LOLz... Yeah maybe one of the band members just cuts her a cheque. Well... I certainly hope it happens! It's always possible that the current tour could be the last, so I'd love to see them have Chris onboard one final time.

So, when Stevie recently said she'd pool her resources and pay Christine $5 million if it would get her to return, I wonder if she said that for a reason. I mean had the subject actually come up and maybe she and Mick were saying to each other, "Hey we already signed the contracts and four of us are getting paid and even if Christine came back now, we would have no way to restructure the deal and split it five ways," so maybe did Stevie then say, "I'd pay her out of my own pocket," and is that what made her make that stray comment?

I mean, she is always saying something about missing Christine, but she never mentioned paying her money like that before (she did mention building her a kitchen after the Dance tour) and I just wondered if it came from anywhere. Maybe it came out of her head or maybe it was an offshoot of a real life discussion she'd had with someone.

I think she's said it more than once, too. Which would lend me to think that somehow that got put in her head for a reason. Kind of how going over to Lindsey's house sparked her bringing up that they all have nice houses over and over again.
