I agree.I think that was the issue.Thats like the artists from UK and Australia and other counties go unnoticed in the states and don't get radio and TV exposure and their tunes don't register on the charts .

There is alot of those European artist I love but they never hit the charts in the USA and never bothered to tour here.

David Haselhoff is a hit in Germany.
Jim Nabors {Gomer Pyle} is a hit in some counties .

That could be why and also cost of traveling abroad with the crew.

I'm glad she does make and effort to pop in over there at times.

I see he's getting married. He's in his eighties. His deep singing voice always came as such a surprise, compared to his speaking voice -- which he probably made higher than it is to play Gomer.
