i just read a review of one of the Bay area shows and saw that they did Smile At You.

Can anyone confirm this

... That slid perfectly into Nicks' "Landslide," with just Buckingham and Nicks onstage (with about 10,000 people singing every syllable). They went even nuttier when they closed in together, and Nicks went behind Buckingham to hang onto his shoulders. The Lindsey and Stevie Love Show continued through Nicks' new song "Smile at You" and peaked later during Nicks' "Sliver Spring," which built into a climax that had Nicks glaring menacingly at her partner, while Buckingham slammed his foot against the stage. ...

(Not quite sure what a "Sliver Spring" is.....
Just curious, do newspapers still employ proofreaders?)

So. I wonder if they replaced another song, or just put it where "Destiny Rules" was originally slotted. Interesting, though, that "Say Goodbye" wasn't mentioned as part of the 'Lindsey and Stevie Love Show'.

Nah, they wouldn't have axed that, would they?

(Upon further review of burnish.net: the newspaper could just be wrong about the song title, too. Any input from someone who - unlike me - was actually there?)

What kind of bugs me is that the SYW version of Smile at You hardly seems like it would go over very well live. What WOULD be awesome live is Everybody Finds Out. Why don't they do that one!!??

It was probably a mix up. Haven't heard this anywhere else and that woulda been BIG news in the fan community! Sounds good to me tho... one can hope it WASN'T a mix up!!! My show is yet to come, so I'm crossin my finners!

I saw them in Sacramento on Sunday and they did not do it there. Awesome show by the way Stevie looked much happier than on the TISL tour.

I agree, the "official" version of SAY doesn't really sound like it would go well live....but the old "angry" version - that could be killer live!
