Ummm. I haven't seen this before either. If it's a genuine outtake, Lindsey has a thing for necks, which is something we've speculated about before. I think it can be confirmed.

Well, from what I can tell, the weird blurred stuff around her shoulders are LIndsey's hands/arms where he was grabbing her while the picture was being taken.

The angle of her arms (kind of like a but more forward, with the right palm facing down instead of up) combined with the black thing (shawl or scarf or something?), and the low quality, is what makes her arms looks so short.

Yes, her arms are bent at the elbow, so I know they aren't at full length, but the way her hands are, it looks like they could be the arms of a little person, extended. It's amusing.
