Help: NEED 100 FTC Complaints To Open Investigation On JT!!!

I was just thinking, did these people say WHEN they wanted these 100 complaints by for them to do an investigation?

I mean, in time we could probably get a hundred to do this but naturally the shorter amount of time it takes to get the 100 the more seriously you'd think they'd take this stuff y'know? Just a thought.
