The back cover art is also up on the amazon.co.uk on the CD release page. It's fairly standard LB stuff - Lindsey looking moody in a grey room.

It also mentions Mind Kit Records so I'm wondering if that's another name for Buckingham Records.

Haha, agreed!

It's interesting to hear he reconfigured She Smiled Sweetly. The jury is still out on that one. However, I love pretty much everything I'm hearing. I am starting to see the OOTC similarities finally as well. I cannot WAIT for this album!!

Looks like he's trying to overhear what's going on in the adjoining room. Get a glass Lindsey. That'll work better.

I'm sitting here ... On the first "listen to" from those clips... Oh dear, hear it goes....
I hear nothing from the OOTC sound...
I hear lots of UTS... With percussion, some what...
Love love love UTS! So don't get me wrong... I've spent thousands of dollars to see him....and I've trapped people in my car.. And many other instances... and force them to listen to "my Lindsey mix"... Really you have no idea how my friends dread when I'm in a "Lindsey Mode".. Ok, maybe you do
But, I'm finding Lindsey NOT doing his "thing" with his music that he, himself, gave us Tusk -- which, to this day, every time I listen to it, I hear something new....
And It seems that when Lindsey got wind that we loved how he played "the what he plays", he went hog wild on it - hence the intensive hand shanking right before he plays Big Love - and went with the "machine" of the style.. And he's "stuck in a rut in his hut" . Yes, his lyrics are more fabulous... Yes, I love love love his guitar playin'..... Speaks to my soul.... But I'm kinda feeling deflated that he's giving us "the machine" of what we love... Maybe, that's just where he's at....
For whatever the reason...
In the end... I'll go on the ride... Cuz, it's always worth it

Wow, thanks for the discovery! I'm really pumped to hear the full album. I'm intrigued by the "new" She Smiled Sweetly, and think...from those 10 sec. clips and the live footage...that Stars, Rock Away, and End of Time are going to be my first favorites. I just want more and absolutely cannot wait to hear some of these live and in person!

I guess this site doesn't work for people in the US. It downloaded the files as an M3U and it doesn't play on my tablet

I don't feel this way at all. I think the clips we have heard sound fresh. I'm definitely going to run out and buy this. Can't wait. To me it seems like both Lindsey and Stevie are on top of their game.

why does nobody ever ask him about his method for recording his vocals? Ask Lindsey A Question recently; that should have been mine. Why do I forget? This needs to be addressed.

Of course his answer could be like Scritti Politti's when asked about the difference between his singing voice and his speaking voice: "I didn't know there was a difference." LOL

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Can't wait! Gonna hold off on hearing the album until it drops. Cause of the GOS bootleg UTC & GOS didn't sound too new to my ears but this one will be a freshy for sure.

He "masks" his vocals because he wants to deliver them via an alternate persona. It's his vehicle for adding a bit of mystery to the art. You never know who or what you're gonna get.

Ooooh, I prefer the back cover of the album over the front. I'm just not crazy at all about the cover.

I'm holding off as well listening to any more clips/songs because I'd like to hear some of the stuff fresh on September 6th.

2 weeks and 2 days left to wait!!

I pre-ordered this yesterday....if Amazon does not deliver ON the release date....aarrgghhhhhhhh...

Anyway, sounds great so far....hard to judge by 5 seconds clips though....

I am thrilled to get new stuff from any of these great artists!!

It is difficult to judge by the short clips I'm gettig more of an UTS vibe than an OOTC .One thing I am certain of is the select group of Indie/hipster critics that panned In Your Dreams will wax rhapsodic over this one.

It sounds to me like the Gift of Screws album.
