IYD: My CD Messed UP?

The strangest thing happened and it may be from my playing Moonlight and Annabel over and over. I have the CD in the computer's drive. All was fine when I left Friday (Hah......there it is, it's because Friday was the 13th it messed up!) and when I returned home today my playlist for my CD is messed up Here is what it has for song listings:
Anyone know how to fix this and restore the correct 13 song titles? Thanks in adavance!
