So what do we want to see Stevie do next?

I keep thinking how much better (the already brilliant) Soldier's Angel would be if Christine was on harmonies too - the Fleetwood Mac song that never was.

That's what I was thinking! Hearing/seeing what Dave did to reinvigorate Stevie and her music, it would be amazing if he did the same for Fleetwood Mac. We know that Lindsey seems open to working with an outside producer, but there are a lot of sensitivities there, considering that Lindsey has some control issues.

I hope whatever happens, that the pace of projects increases significantly in the coming years. They are all getting long in the tooth. In decades past, it was standard practice to put out every year, otherwise your career was in peril because you were easily fogotten. Since the nineties, Fleetwood Mac and Stevie have cruised on compilation albums, with a serious lull in new material over a vast amount of time. (At least Lindsey realized that and stepped up with enough new solo albums that almost match Stevie's output).

Even if it isn't new material, they have alot to mine:

Buckingham Nicks album
Fleetwood Mac -- rarities/b-sides, numerous live performances for CD and DVD
Stevie Nicks - her vast "vault"
