I don't know for sure who will be there besides Stevie and Pat Benatar but I did receive an audience invite for a makeover :

"In celebration of the trailblazing music icons that will be taking to our stage,
we've teamed up with our friends at CoverGirl to glam up a few lucky women in
our audience with their very own rockstar makeover!
If you're an over-the -top fan of Stevie Nicks, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar or Salt N
Pepa and would love the Covergirl glam squad to help you unleash your inner rock
goddess..."
