Feeling some sympathy for Stevie

[Jondalar]

Yeah, she does deserve some sympathy. She's been asked about being the opening act. Somebody from the message board or twitter has been telling her things. She seems to be on the defensive a bit, before the album has even been heard.

Of course Stevie wants the album to sell. That's only normal. Ann Wilson of Heart said it best "Singers want to be heard." Well, Stevie is excited about the album she made, so she is trying to get people interested in hearing it. She made it for herself, but she wants the world to hear it. She doesn't need the money.

62 or 63, bah. She's really the only artist at that age that is putting out completely new material that's not a duet album.
