Martin Celmins wrote that they broke up in fall 1984, but I have a concert recording from June 1985 and communicated with a guy who was at the gig and verified the date.

Yes indeed, Martin was miffed that he did not speak to me before the book was published, his only contact for Kolors, was Whittaker, so there is only one view point. I was with the band from August 84 until August 85, the last gig being the festival in Tel Aviv, that was a flop, by then Emanuel had departed the band and there was another gig booked at the Mean Fiddler, but I have no idea if it came off or not, if it did Greg certainly did not play at it, I had to move on.
