Better tickets showing up???

I know someone (Who was a fan club member and is a lurker here) who pulled up 4th row tickets for the OKC yesterday and asked me if I knew anything about it.

Being somehat curious, I went over to tickets.com tried (For awhile the tickets.com website were showing no floor seats were available) and kept pulling up tickets within the first 18 rows of seats on the floor.

I know sometimes people return tickets, cancel ther tickets, etc. , But it seems that some of the tickets are being "rolled out" now. Has anyone else checked on tickets lately for the shows in your respective city/venue to see if better seats are showing up?
