Lizard People... OM MY GAWD!

[SmthngOfADreamr]

Let me start by saying I didn't even know of this "song's" existence prior to today. I have been collecting 45's and other single mainly for the picture sleaves, and I got 'Skies the Limit' in the mail today and when I opened it, I noticed that the b-side was something called "Lizard People," which as I said, I had never even heard of. So I threw it on my record player...

What is this garbage??? I take it that really is Mick reading a poem he wrote??? HOLY CRAP! This guy is even more frightening now that I've heard this. He's got to be clinically disturbed. Why did they let him do this??? Does anybody have any background information they can offer on this? Thank god for the cool cover because I don't think I'll ever be listening to "Lizard People" again.
