Need help - just received the very best of FM CD

Help!

So the Very best of FM 2 disc CD just came for me today! I'm having trouble accessing those vault videos. It ask for my email and zip code, but when I put that in, Director Player says it's stopped working and it closes down the whole thing...

I don't know what the heck "Director Player" is?!? I gotta take a bath and eat, but help when you can!

Help!
