1038

I was on the Arc Trainer at Balance fitness... 1038 calories in an hour and 20 minutes.

My high water mark was 784 but tonight I wanted to reach the 1 K mark. My feet went numb around the 65 minutes, (I'm a diabetic) but I decided to keep going.

What's your high water mark?
