40 years ago today...
Granted, most of you aren't old enough to remember this when it happened and probably even fewer of you even recall reading or hearing about it...but it was definitely a day in US history that shouldn't be forgotten...right up there with 12/07/45 & 09/11/01....
In the words of Neil Young.... Tin soldiers and Nixon coming, We're finally on our own. This summer I hear the drumming, Four dead in Ohio. Gotta get down to it Soldiers are cutting us down Should have been done long ago. What if you knew her And found her dead on the ground How can you run when you know? Tin soldiers and Nixon coming, We're finally on our own. This summer I hear the drumming, Four dead in Ohio.
