I played The Ledge recently for my boyfriend, and he couldn't believe it was FM either. He actually LOVED it... and he's rather indifferent to most Mac material.

I definitely agree... I'd chose something for the teacher that is a bit less well known than the choices you provided. Something a bit on the avant garde side, even.
