Vaudeville Years liner notes

[Ms Moose]

I wonder if anyone can help me?

About a year ago I bought a second hand copy of The Vaudeville Years on Amazon (because it has not been re-issued), which also contained The Early Years DVD. So far so good, but now I have just realized that there should be a much aclaimed 56-page booklet with liner notes by Martin Celmins. This is missing from my copy !sigh!!!
Of course with this purchase being over a year ago, I never kept the name of the guy who sold me this copy.

Now do you know if this booklet/linernotes can be purchased somewhere on their own?
