I wanted to post a topic that I would be interesting and fun; has anyone here ever been to a Stevie/Mac show where either Stevie, Lindsey or Christine has forgotten the words to the song they were singing? Reason I ask is I was going through my cd's and ran across my copy of Fleetwood Mac in St.Louis, MO. in 2003. I was at that show singing along with "Stand Back" and right when the music break was through, Stevie was heading back up to the microphone. She started singing and it wasn't the same words and I was singing along and I stopped when she did and I looked over at my friend who was with me and he said, "Maybe you should go help her out." I smiled at the situation and I just cheered her on. She stopped singing, found the right place to start up again and did. When she started singing, "Well, I need a little sympathy..." she started pointing at herself smiling. I just cheered her on. She was a trooper. One of her favorites to do on stage and she forgot the words! I felt bad for her, but all I could do was cheer and show my support. Because that's all you really can do in those situations.
