I'm not a vegetarian, but I've considered it.... so if I say anything obnoxious on here as a meat-eating poster, let me know and I'll shut up.
But really, I'm curious because this thread has gotten me thinking about trying this. I'm just petrified that I would let my carb addiction run wild.  This is a serious concern, haha. I don't eat a lot of meat as it is (only a few times a week) but I'm curious: what is a typical meal for you guys?
