Visa would not disput Fan Club based on small print on web site

I called my credit card company to dispute the fan club $60 charge and when they saw the fine print on the fan club web site they said there wasn't much they could do because the fan club would be justified to just recharge my account again. They tried calling the 818 area code number that was on my bill but because it is California no one was there yet. Oh well.
