Stand in front of the stage

I'll be at the 5th row at their concert in Sweden, October 10th and was wondering how many rows that use to be able to stand in front of the stage at the concert?? It's probably different in Sweden but how is it in the US? If they only take the 1st and 2nd row to stand up and stand there or is it more rows?? Haha, I'm laughing 'cause I can't explain it in english but I hope you understand anyway, hehe!
