Stevie & Bette Midler on Kathy Griffin
If anyone here hasn't heard, tune in to the premiere 1st episode for this seasons, "Kathy Griffin: My life on the D-list" She flies to Vegas to see Bette Midler show, "The Showgirl Must Go On", and after Bette's performance, during a private dinner, Kathy asks Bette some advice on how to react to a Grammy win, so Bette calls Stevie! They talk aloud on speaker phone....I saw it last nite...It blew me away!
Besides being a long time friend, Stevie has been a Bette Midler fan since the 70's. I have a Wild Heart Interview of her on the road/tour for WH, and she told the Interviewer she never goes on tour w/out her copy of the film, "The Rose" LOVE IT!
