In Lindsey's defense, he may not have heard what she said, thus the shrug and the I don't understand, and didn't really realize that she wanted a pick. He not only threw picks out in Diego but one of my concert buddies got one in Anaheim. I'm sure he has some hearing loss after over forty plus years playing in bands. Back in they day, bands used to play so loud that you wouldn't be able to hear for days afterward. I kid you not. My ex also played in a rock band for ten years so I know first hand what can happen. I have tinnitus as a result of all that exposure myself which is very annoying. Most musicians also wear hearing devices ( I'm sure Lindsey does although I can't say for sure as I'm too focused on his eyes to be looking at his ear canals. LOL) so they can hear what they're playing on stage. So when you factor those variables into the mix, I'm sure on any given night, he doesn't always hear everything fans are saying to him and just nods or shrugs or whatever. But that's just my two cents.
