Does Stevie still smoke?

Cigarettes that is... we know she still likes the wacky weed

. I ask because it seems her voice has improved some since Trouble In Shangri La. I was just listening to some interviews from the Trouble In Shangri La era, and it's very obvious she was still a heavy smoker then... she sounded so gross! But it seems her speaking AND singing voices are both clearer and higher these days. Anyone have the 411?
