Maybe it is just me, but I think Eyes of the World is a terrible song. Actually I think that about a lot of the stuff that Lindsey has done. I liked the early stuff off FM and Rumours, and then the Tango stuff, but what happened in between isn't so good. I don't think of myself as a chiffonhead, I'm a Fleetwood Mac fan, and I can happily listen to Peter Green, Stevie Nicks, Rick Vito etc.

All of that said, Stevie Nicks wrote some good commercial songs (as did Christine) that get consistent airplay. Lindsey may have done some experimental stuff that some people like, but in my opinion it was never as accessible as the stuff that Chris or Stevie did.

Lindsey would have probably figured it to be all in the name of his art, but that means that he doesn't get the votes in these polls because some people hate his songs (and more people obviously hate his songs or like Stevie's than vice versa).

Oh yes, and I actually like Straight Back, not because I like Stevie but I like the song. So I voted to get rid of Eyes of the World. Again.
