The I Hate Politicians Thread

Well, it has been a crazy week in politics, with the McCain campaign being suspended and the bailout and all. And last night, Sep. 29, I saw the most frustrating sign yet. Everyone in the media was surprised by the bill failing and was interviewing anyone in congress who would talk. And everyone they interviewed said "Well my party and I did everything we could to make this work. Blame the other party. They did ____. It's their fault,"
and such.

This is exactly the wrong thing to say at this moment. If the bill would have worked or not, we still need everyone together and unified. Those dirty, no good politicians instead of bringing us together, tried to make themselves to look good and the other party look bad. I am so sick of this, where every one is more interested in self gain and political games than actually helping people, which is, if you remember, why they were elected. I know, crazy, Republicans and Democrats, working together! Well, sorry, I just had to rant about how bad this is.
