I know. That is the thing. I get she did not write the law, but she enforced it without any problems.

As for blaming the victim, I think people just conclude incorrectly for many reasons. Do I think it is a bad idea for some chick to haul out to the roughest bar in town to get wasted while wearing stilettos, hot pants, and a tight midriff with "WHORE LOOKING TO GET LAID" in glitter across her nipples - yes, I think that is bad judgment and she should not act all surprised when guys are all over her. Having said that, if some a$$wipe smacks her across the face while she is walking to her car and then violently rapes her while she is saying "no," he is wrong no matter how stupid she was for dressing like that and no matter how much attention she asked for by wearing that.
