I am a grandma.
Yep, I am a grandma now. Well I technically am. I don't have any children of my own, but my stepdaughter became a mother for the first time on April Fool's Day. Madison Ruth (middle name after my stepdaughter's grandmother) born @ 5:15 p.m., 7 lbs. 13 oz. by C-section. Poor stepdaughter had a time, but she's OK now. My husband is still stunned I think. Says he can still remember holding his daughter when she was just born. Madison is the cutest little thing.
