How goes the diet?

You guys doing OK, with the holidays & everything? It hasn't been difficult for me, actually. I don't deny myself anything, I just watch my portions - treat myself to 2 or 3 cookies a day & try to keep up with the exercise (although I've been busy, so I'm down to 3 or 4 times a week instead of 6.) Oh well, any activity is better than nothing. And I'm still at my goal weight 6 months later, so I must be doing something right.
